Art Craft India’s shipping policy is designed for customer convenience. Our manufacturing lead time averages 3-5 business days from customer order date for customized products. Although uncommon, some orders take 4-7 days for delivery and then 3-4 days from dispatch depending on the customer’s area zip code.

All our products are delivered by reputed courier companies which are completely reliable. We always believe in quality not quantity. We charge very low shipping rates compared to other companies.

If you have purchased multiple products in a single transaction, we will ship them to you in a single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date will be the date when all the products are ready for dispatch).

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company will leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We are not responsible for any unforeseen time delay in delivering the parcel to the customer by the courier companies or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
