Online Purchase Terms and Conditions
This section states Art Craft India’s terms and conditions of sale. By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions.
General conditions
Artcraftindia.in has many products displayed on our website. In some cases, merchandise on our website may be out of stock or discontinued without notice.
Our current manufacturing lead-time averages 4 business days from customer order date for customized products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from the customer’s order date. This depends on many factors, including but not limited to: item quantity, item size/weight, location and current stock level Delivery takes 4-7 days after dispatch and is dependent on area zipcode.
All prices and services displayed on our website are quoted in INR, valid and effective only in continental India.
Some of our products have been photographed with electronic equipment and other home decor products. Electronic equipment and other home decor products are not included in the product purchase.
Sale items
Sale item orders cannot be cancelled. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. No price adjustments are made on or because of previous sales.
Order cancelled
We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom-made items after 5 hours of order placement.
We cannot accept cancellations on custom-made, custom-finished items or custom artwork designs. This includes, but is not limited to, custom names and other custom text.
All purchases are made to order, and cannot be refunded or canceled due to the time and resources devoted to the fulfillment of that item.

We may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review our terms and conditions each time you purchase products from us.
